Visa Commercial Pay Control v1.10.1 introduces two new email notifications when sending a card.
Email Notifications for Registered and Unregistered Users
We have added two new email notifications that are triggered when sending a card to registered and unregistered users.
When a card is sent to a registered user and approved, they receive an email notification to tell them that they have a new card available in the Visa Commercial Pay App.
When a card is sent to an unregistered user, they receive an email notification which directs them to the Visa Commercial Pay App Registration Site. They can register their user details and download the Visa Commercial Pay App. Once registered, the new card is available to them in the app.
These notifications ensure that card recipients receive prompt and actionable guidance regardless of their registration status.
