Visa Commercial Pay Online v3.36.2 introduces changes to search functionality within the Service Desk module.
Changes to Search Functionality
To improve performance and reduce timeouts, we are improving the search functionality within the Service Desk module to provide the following enhancements:
Searching using a Deployment ID will automatically open the deployment if a match is found, reducing the need for the user to select the option from the search results.
Each search criteria will contain input validation, to ensure data accuracy when searching.
Users will be able to search by pressing Enter, reducing unneeded UX friction.
The Date Range field will be made mandatory if the Deployment ID field has not been completed.
The maximum search range will be six months, with the default set at the previous three months.
There will be no changes to the formatting of the search results.
